Just don't get it?

Remember the news about the Flight 93 Memorial? I guess there was enough negative response that a form letter was created. It did not address the Government's willingness to steal private property, just provided details on the legal sodomy and processes that the rightful owners will be subject to. Below is a copy of my e-mail and the Park Superintendents reply:

My E-mail:

To 05/07/2009 02:58 FLNI_Superintendent@nps.gov PM
cc Subject From NPS.gov: Flight 93 Memorial Email

Way to go! Creating a memorial for a small group of heroic Americans by stealing a small piece of America from its rightful owners? That is kind of ironic actually. If you steal their land I will never visit, donate or volunteer in another federal park again!

Sincerely,
Glenn Jensen

Thank you for your email of May 7, 2009 regarding the Flight 93 Memorial. The National Park Service (NPS) has begun the process of eminent domainto begin constructing the Flight 93 Memorial in time for an opening on September 11, 2011. Through this action, the NPS is ensuring the permanent protection of theremains of the forty heroes of Flight 93, in what is truly a national cemetery. In addition, the NPS is keeping the promise made to the partners and the community that the memorial will be dedicated by September 11, 2011, the tenth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
The NPS, as well as the Families of Flight 93, has been working with landowners since 2005; but with several exceptions, offers made to the landowners have been unsuccessful. Now, to meet the construction timeline,we must acquire the land by exercising the authority authorized by Congress for the Flight 93 National Memorial, and request the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to make the necessary filings in U.S. District Court. We will provide copies of updated appraisals for the land to the DOJ for use incompensating landowners for their property. Under eminent domain, the landowners are entitled to "just compensation," which ensures they will be paid fair market value for their property. Construction of the Flight 93 National Memorial will begin by the end of2009 and the Memorial will be opened on the tenth anniversary of 9/11.

Thank you for your interest in the Flight 93 Memorial.
Sincerely,
Joanne Hanley Superintendent

Everything but depth of penetration and the revolutions per minute!

I guess in this case if you are "the landowners" (people, objectified 4 times in two paragraphs) you have "no rights". "The landowners" are citizens but because of their location have been denied their property rights and the rights afforded to them by the 4th amendment.

For those who voted for change I sure hope a plane does not crash in your backyard.
